Hello Everyone,

As we begin the new year, we’re excited to share a bit about what we’re working on and what you can expect in 2021. Without further ado, let’s get started…

In December, we launched Pro 4, X 8, and Cornerstone 5. This massive update introduced several exciting new concepts and features including our Layout Builder, Loopers, Element Effects, several new Design Cloud assets, and more.

The response has been phenomenal, and we are already seeing impressive new builds using the latest features. The release notes post above includes a detailed writeup, and we encourage you to start there. In addition, we've put together several new videos and step-by-step tutorials.

We received a lot of great feedback off that back of this update that we are keen to move on fast, so our team is already working on the next cycle! This will be more of a maintenance cycle to address a few lose ends and small features. We're planning to spend about two weeks on this which means it should be ready to launch around the end of January or first part of February. From there, we'll be moving on to the Theme Options reboot cycle!

I’ll have more to share on this in a subsequent Status Report, but in many ways what we have planned for Theme Options will bring us full circle on a vision we’ve been working on for years. We know you are going to love it!

Elite

One of the exciting new services we launched last year was Elite. This developer on demand service has been a massive hit for our agency and professional customers. Simply put, you can tap into a team of developers across all tech stacks, all disciplines, and all needs. It helps you to finally eliminate the feast to famine cycle, unlock development roadblocks, and create a scalable way to grow (or start) your own web design business.

You will be hearing a LOT about Elite in the coming years, but if you haven’t had a chance to talk with Matt yet about how Elite can help, I encourage you to set up a quick chat or request a guaranteed estimate (you heard that right).

A word of caution though, this is only for professionals or people who build sites for clients. If it is just a personal or side project, Elite is not for you. However, if you work with clients or build sites for others in any way, you owe it to yourself to give it a try.

One of the great things about Elite is that it is completely adaptable to your particular workflow or business needs. Some need help with opening up capacity. Some need expertise in specific areas, and others may simply need a stable, on-demand solution — either way, Elite can form fit to you. Final Thoughts

As we enter our 9th year as a company, our commitment remainds the same: to build and support the best web tech and services (we also have a couple top secret projects we are working on that we hope to share later in the year).
