Can you guarantee a maximum loading time?
No, and you should be wary of anyone that does. Load times are dependent on variable factors, so it's never smart to make a blanket guarantee like that, but in our experience of working with thousands of sites, we've been able to achieve outstanding results time and time again.

Can you help me migrate to a faster host?
