We are continuing to make progress with the Template Manager, and we are working hard for a December release. There are a lot of moving parts to this feature given its interconnectivity to other parts of the theme, so it is important the process is properly analyzed from many different angles. I will keep everyone updated as soon as the beta is ready to go.

This week our leadership team has been together in Dallas, and we have many exciting things to share related to what you can expect in 2018 (we even had a chance to meetup with several customers for dinner which was an incredible blessing). Once the Template Manager is completed, we will be focused exclusively on addressing lingering issues, bug fixes, and usability improvements. There will be no new feature development during this cycle, and we expect this to be a major focus during Q1 of 2018 for X and Pro. Once that cycle is complete we will begin to share some of the additional plans for 2018.

Finally, we've been retooling our support processes behind the scenes, and we are already seeing many positive returns. Over the past couple of weeks the team have cleared out the forum on multiple occasions (this is a priority for us which means we are able to respond to tickets in almost real time). In addition to new staff we are retooling our training and management process. We are very pleased with the initial results, and there is more on the way.
