We’ve had to stick to version 7.1 for about a whole year:
Just updated (X, Cornerstone and Bakery) to new versions and tabs keep on scrolling to bottom of document.

Hi Emilio,
This might be due to the version compatibility issue, I strongly recommend that you stick with the versions listed in our version compatibility page for now to avoid issues. If you find the same issue with the listed version, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
Thanks
Again, all versions are compatible. We already checked it out the first time this case got opened.
Login credentials are to be provided immediately. Thank you.
Hi Emilio,
I have gone through your site and found the issue you mentioned in your post, there might be a few different reasons behind the issue you are having. I would suggest you troubleshot a few common issues to find the reason behind it.
1.Plugin Conflict
2.Child Theme Related issue
3.CSS/JS Customization
4.Disabling Cache
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Thanks
Hi again.
No, this does not help. We already checked all of that out last year, and the issue persists.
Just created a stripped down and simplified staging site so you can help. Details are on our next secure note.
Hope you can fix this out. Thank you.
Hey Emilio,
Regretfully, there’s no fix for this yet but I’ll post this in our tracker so this will be queued for further investigation by our development team but please note again what I’ve said in the other thread that:
We do not support WPBakery’s native elements so we can’t guarantee that this will get fixed. With this in mind, I’d recommend that you rebuild your page using our Cornerstone page builder.
Thanks.
No, this does not help either, Christian.
We use WPBakery since it came with your plugin and picked your plugin since it comes out with WPBakery. Our designers love it and can’t switch to editing with Cornerstone because Cornerstone blanks pages made with WPBakery. So we’ve waited a year for this to get fixed and again you’re asking us to rebuild our whole corporate website from scratch, as we have about half a hundred pages with truckloads of contents that rely heavily in tabs.
Where in the official documentation are you stating that you don’t support WPBakery’s native elements? You just recommend people to use Cornerstone and then finish with this summary:
We introduced the WP Bakery Page Builder plugin as an alternative page builder available in case that you do not want to use the recommended Cornerstone (X) or Content Builder (Pro).
WPBakery is still listed as a supported plugin, recommending another builder is not encouraging users to migrate. Are you asking people to stop using WPBakery only when it comes to troubleshooting? …come on, we just need a fix, last time it was about 3 javascript lines that made the magic.
Hi Emilio,
My colleague already added the issue to our issue tracker and our development team will check on the problem. Just stay tuned and maybe this will be fixed on the patch. You can check the changelog here.
Thank you.
