My account shows I purchased Max, but at my website, it wants me to buy it. Awhile back I tried to enter a code for it but ran in o difficulties. Also, I’m clueless on how to make changes with Pro. Back in 2017 I could navigate my way around, but not now. The beginning tutuorial for Cornerstone doesn’t match my screen.
You may need to refresh validation for it to unlock. There’s a link for this in the Max section… you’ll get access to all of Max in the ‘Pro’ section.

It generally happens due to an aggressive cache issue. I would suggest you go to Cornerstone -> Settings -> Clear Cache. Please clear your browser cache and recheck it. If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin-level username and password
