Problem with activating the license

I have similar problem than this one:

Your license of X is not validated after moving site

I purchased a license for x theme. I installed it in a staging subdomain. Then, when I was ready to go live, I migrated the site out of the staging area. I updated the location in the “manage licenses” area of my Themeco account. But in the site I keep seeing “Your license of X is not validated… Input code and hit enter.” I do. It flashes “congratulations your site is now validated!” and then just goes back to “Your license of X is not validated… Input code and hit enter.” On the forum the advi…

X theme gives notification that “This X license is ​not validated. Fix” - after I have inserted the license code it says:

Verifying license…
Congratulations, your site is now validated!
also got the banner: Congratulations! Your site is validated. Addons are now unlocked.

But then it says again Not validated.

Any idea what can cause this? Thanks for in advance.

Thanks for reaching out.

I suggest that you disabled all your plugin first, then try to validate your website again.

Only if it’s not helping, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

One of the plugin caused this activation issue and temporary disabling that plugin helped.
