I purchased PRO Unlimited a year ago with the intention to develop and sell websites to my clients, under the understanding that it included unlimited licenses that I could use and sell as part of the website package to my clients. I’ve recently noticed some changes in your support policies and would like to clarify a few points:
- Have there been any unilateral alterations to the support provided for PRO Unlimited since my purchase?
- If I sell websites developed using PRO, can my clients directly contact you for support, or are they required to come to me for any support-related queries? (they will prefer the second option, obviously).
Before purchase I’ve read this post:
"If you buy the Pro Unlimited Lifetime, you will have a lifetime access to the forum support "
That’s why I bought the Pro Unlimited lifetime.
I understand the essence of a Lifetime license to mean that over time, there are practically no issues requiring support. The difficulties usually occur in the first year, but everything becomes clear afterward. Your product is really awesome and brings only positive emotions, thank you for it!
