stephiemattParticipantI just purchased X and am having the same issue – Could not establish connection. Please ensure your firewall is not blocking requests to theme.co. I contacted HostGator and they whitelisted rule #1234…” that I saw on another thread.
Could someone help. Trying to learn this awesome application so that I can meet a client deadline.
Thank you.

KoryKeymasterHey everybody,
I just wanted to write on here really fast that we are going to close down this thread as it’s getting quite long, only for the fact that it becomes incredibly difficult to look into each situation with the attention to detail we want to provide with everybody commenting on the same thread. As mentioned previously, we have an article in the Knowledge Base that discusses potential solutions for most people experiencing this problem.
If you have read through the article and find that you are still experiencing issues, we will be more than happy to continue to assist you here in the forum, we just kindly ask that you open a new thread so that we can help you individually and ask that other users not add on to another person’s thread so we can provide each customer with the level of care and attention they deserve.
