FriechModeratorHi There,
Sorry you’re having this kind of server side issue, rest assured that we’ll help you through this. But first please confirm the URL you given above, as we couldn’t access the site. GoDaddy says “This Web page is parked”. Also if you dont mind please provide us FTP credentials as well, just in case we needed.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi Curt,
This is the error I’m getting from your site.
array(1) { [0]=> array(2) { ["errors"]=> array(1) { ["http_request_failed"]=> array(1) { [0]=> string(82) "error:0D0890A1:asn1 encoding routines:ASN1_verify:unknown message digest algorithm" } } ["error_data"]=> array(0) { } } }With this issue, it’s best to contact your hosting provider as they are the only that could fix this. You may forward this issue, and you can reproduce this error by going in admin with this url, /wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-extensions&x-verbose=1&force-check=1
Thanks!

Paul RModeratorHi Lafrance,
Upon checking, I can see you have not validated your copy yet.
Please note that you need to validate your theme first before you can access the extension page.

If you have trouble updating, kindly create a new topic then provide us with your login, purchase code and api key in a separate reply on that thread and make it private.
Thanks

AlexanderKeymasterHi lafrance,
As this isn’t your thread, I can not reply privately. If needed you can create a new thread so we can work directly. I can say that I’ve taken a closer look, and I’m seeing the problem intermittently. For example when I go to the URL (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-extensions&force-check=1&x-verbose=1) sometimes I see all the extensions, and there is no error message (like our post above). But sometimes I get the HTTP error: name lookup timed out – in this case the extensions do not appear.
What you can try is using the force-check URL until the extensions appear. That data will be cached for 12 hours and you can install extensions.
The name lookup timed out error indicates that your server can not resolve the IP address for our domain. This is usually a server connectivity issue with the host. You could try asking your host about it.

Please contact your hosting provider first and confirm the following:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

-FTPPlease create a new thread instead of replying here.
