Error When Trying to Load Template

I just updated to the latest version of pro today and when I try to load/insert a template it gives my a red box that says uh oh, unable to load template. crosstownalliance.com[image]

i have done all this and read abotu the workacround but i am working on a footer so that trick doesn’t help me

To help you with your concerns we need to check your setting, I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password
• Please share the template file as well.

i can’t do that i have ip protection for security and everytime I ask the community for their IP no one will do it, I would need to whitelist you for help

Hi @verobeachmarketing,

In that case, I would suggest you copy your live site into the staging server and remove the IP restriction and let us know to examine it further. Please note that we are from different parts of the World and most of us have a dynamic IP so we can’t provide a specific ID address to you for whitelisting.
