Theme validation error

I have a purchase code that was previously registered to another site. That site is no longer in use. I’ve changed the url under location, but it is failing to validate it on the site. I get the message “This looks like a brand new license that hasn’t been added to a Themeco account yet. Login to your existing account or register a new one to continue.” and then once I click through and select “You are logged in as username. Would you like to add the purchase code to this account?” I get " Oh my. It looks like this page has been lost."

It looks like the issue may be caused by a plugin conflict, a cache-related problem, or even a browser extension preventing the site from validating. Thanks for sharing the login credentials to check your site. I found that your license is for the X theme, while the Pro theme is installed. To fix the issue, please install the X theme and revalidate it with your license details.
