thank you for the help…

Hey @ccarter3,

Thank you for providing the credentials. I checked your setup and the issue was happening due to your custom CSS added in the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. I commented the code related to sticky topbar and this has fixed the jumping issues.

Please note X header was not designed for in-depth changes as we often receive header related customization questions or requests and this was the reason why a header builder was created in Pro . If you need in-depth changes, please consider upgrading to Pro so you can build a custom header yourself without custom coding and this will also cater your mobile sticky header issue.

To setup sticky headers in Pro, see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jEZ8B7E1wgE

Hope this helps!

without upgrading I just wanted to have the topbar and topnav both be sticky, since I will be adding code in the topbar with a new contact button that needs to display all the time. Let me know what code would enable both to be sticky. thanks

Hey @ccarter3,

I’ve checked your account and I found out that you have already Pro. You can use that license and upgrade that website. Here’s how:

If you still want to use X, regretfully, providing custom code is outside the scope of our theme support. You may seek 3rd party developers to help you with your problems or you can avail One where we can answer questions outside of the features of our theme.

Hope that helps and thank you for understanding.
