Ro Max Single license not showing Pro 7.x + Cornerstone JSON loading issue

I recently renewed my license and upgraded to Pro Max Single , but my account still only shows Pro 6.8.10 under “Licenses.” My Max status is active, yet I don’t see any Pro 7.x download in the “Downloads → Themes” section.

Additionally, I am experiencing an issue with Cornerstone on my WordPress installation:

  • Cornerstone does not load pages
  • It displays a JSON error when trying to open the builder
  • The message suggests that the API connection may not be synchronized

Could you please sync my account and enable access to Pro 7.x , and confirm whether this is related to the Cornerstone JSON loading issue?

  2. When trying to download or install MAX modules , I get this error: {"readyState":4,"responseText":"{\"success\":true,\"data\":[]}","status":200,"statusText":"parsererror"}

Both errors appear to be related to the Max API returning an empty dataset, so I suspect my account may not be fully synchronized with the Max platform.

Could you please sync my account , enable access to Pro 7.x , and confirm whether these issues are linked to the incomplete Max activation?
