Hello Themeco Team,
I recently renewed my license and upgraded to Pro Max Single , but my account still only shows Pro 6.8.10 under “Licenses.” My Max status is active, yet I don’t see any Pro 7.x download in the “Downloads → Themes” section.
Additionally, I am experiencing an issue with Cornerstone on my WordPress installation:
- Cornerstone does not load pages
- It displays a JSON error when trying to open the builder
- The message suggests that the API connection may not be synchronized
Could you please sync my account and enable access to Pro 7.x , and confirm whether this is related to the Cornerstone JSON loading issue?
