Our project is very urgent so we purchased your product, we have regular license.
But why we can not see anything in design cloud and theme options (please see second screen shot)? What we can see is the very simple theme in cornerstone>Themeco. Those theme are very sample theme that we can build in few minutes. Are we missing for some steps for importing theme?

You are seeing blank because no templates or presets have been imported yet. Close the Template Manager and click the “+” icon in the upper-left corner of the panel.
Go to the Themeco tab and select Site Demo or Page Templates that you want to import to your site:

Since it is different from the description which mentioned from envato, now i request refund.
Those theme are simple image placed in the section, even no parallax effect which showed in your envato description.
