Hey there. So I’ve read through all the topics about Product Validation, but none of those helped me. Here is my problem: my brother wanted to start a small ecommerce website a while back, but the website was never finished. My problem: I’d like to use X for a new project, the old website is deleted. I can’t seem to find the revoke-function for the license. Is there any solution?

License not being recognised

Setup a new site yesterday, applied X theme and the license, all was working fine. Came to edit it this evening and the license is not recognised. I’ve changed the site on my account (might be an issue its not a “standard” domain, its a .studio) I’ve also tried http://,www. etc with no joy. I get the error: Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details. within wordpress activation module, however when i click the hyperlink ‘details’ it shows a blank popup. Thanks for any help…

We have followed all steps as recommended in your posts (below links), but it does not work, we are getting error, screenshot attached

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation

1. Location Issues
2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
