Problem validating the license

Hello,

When trying to validate the license of theme X, it loads without end saying “Verifying license…”.
What can I do?

I notice that I can’t create any user either as I do not have the possiblity to enter a password.

if none of that helps, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

Thank you for the credentials, it seems the issue is within your WordPress installation itself, please do the following:

• First, please update your WordPress to the latest version (5.4.2)
  Updating WordPress
• Then, clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
• If you still cant validate the site, please switch to the parent X theme.
• If the issue persists, please do a Testing for Plugin Conflict.
