Hey there, I recently updated my X Theme and Cornerstone and was hoping to do some work on my website’s main header. However, the Header Builder option is not appearing. All I see in my menu is Page Builder. I feel as though I am missing something, but I’ve looked everywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I now see that apparently X does not support Header Builder because it has been made exclusive to Pro. Why did you take away this function from the license I purchased? I literally have a header on my website that I made using the header builder on the X theme when it was available there. Now I have lost the ability to update it, change it, or remove it in any way because your tools have blocked me from accessing it. Please provide guidance as to what can be done to resolve this situation.

You are right Header/Footer builder is only available to Pro theme. There is a Layout builder as well, you can created custom design for Archive page and Post details page as well. You can also get an option to design the WooCommerce shop page, WooCommerce single Product. You can upgrade the your X theme to Pro theme.

@prakash_s I understand that switching to Pro would fix the issue, but when I purchased the X theme originally, it had all of the functionality that I needed. Can I receive a discount on Pro since I already have the X theme? Purchasing Pro at full price so that I can regain features that X used to have feels like I am being scammed.

The Header Builder functionality is never included in the previous version of X and it was only available with Pro. Here’s some good news for you, I check your account and you have the privilege to upgrade your X to Pro for free. Just go to your dashboard and convert your X to Pro for free.
