License does not work - numerous tries, valid license

I have tried numerous times to fix he license for my website, but it continually gives me this message: We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.

my website is Cygnus Simulation.com

The license is valid and on my dashboard. but it does not work. All other websites are okay. Please help. Thank you.

It might be the issue of any plugin conflict, cache issue, or any browser extension that is stopping to validate the site. I would suggest you troubleshoot with our troubleshooting guide.

The reason why the license is not working is that you are validating X, while your license for http://www.CygnusSimulation.com is Pro. With that said, please install Pro and re-validate your website using the license.

Upon checking your website again, it is down and even using the recovery mode, it won’t let me in. With that said, please provide us FTP access to narrow down the issue.

The folder directory is empty. You might have given an FTP to a new folder and not the current WP installation.

I deleted the account and rebuilt & reconnected to the base website location. I just tested with FileZilla. Please try again. Thank you.

The WP Admin is now back. The Cornerstone plugin and WordFence has been temporarily deactivated. The Pro theme is active and validated as well. You can now log in back.

I do believe that issue was with Cornerstone plugin while activating Pro. Please note that using Pro, you don’t need to have a Cornerstone plugin because it was already part of Pro.
