Hi Guys…
I’m having trouble importing a header template that I created and previously saved and exported from another website. The file I’m trying to import into the template manager is called “home1.tco”.
When I upload it from my computer, the upload starts, and at some point, it stops and I get an error message saying “Sorry! Your file is not in the correct format.”
I have already tried with several types of names for the file but it does not work, I have read in the forum and I have followed the indications that appear, but I still continue with the same problem. Is there anything you can do to help me?
Hi @redgreen,
Thanks for reaching out.
It will be very difficult to recognize the issue without investigating through the admin dashboard. Can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– Specific Header you are trying to import
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
Thanks
Hi, thanks for answer… I leave the credential to enter no dashboard of the site, please let me know if you have access or not.
Thanks!
Hello @redgreen,
I checked your site it seems that there are no templates imported at the moment. I would suggest you please share your template file in the secure note so that we can check it at our end. In case you have not seen our doc of template import/export doc please have a look at it.
Thanks
That’s my problem I can’t import any template… always show me the error message
I send you a link with the file .tco… Thanks
Hey @redgreen,
The link in the secure note is showing 404 not found, please double-check the correct link. It would be best if you could share with us the credentials where the template is coming from because I suspect that the files you downloaded were corrupted.
Hope that helps and let us know how it goes.
Here a link to made download the file…
Hello @redgreen,
I checked your given header file at my installation it seems that it is working fine at my end on my localhost installation. it seems that there is a file type attached to the template that is not allowed by your server. In most cases, your server does not allow you to upload an.SVG file (or it could be something else) that is currently in your template. Please check for it. You could also temporarily remove the .svg
file, save your template and then try to upload it again.
Hope it helps
Thanks
Thanks!! i will try that…
Still no working… I found just one file .svg image.svg, I deleted that file, and nothing happened…
Hello @redgreen,
I tried to access your site dashboard but it seems that it is not working at the moment, I would request you please let us know if it is accessible(There is a database connection error) and I would also request you please share the updated template file with your server FTP details in the secure note .
Thanks
Hi, we are now with No SQL Data Base connection for maintenance, but i hope to have the connection again this week., we let you know.
Thanks

Hello @redgreen,
I checked your site it seems that you have not given the administrator permission to this user account. I would request you please provide administrator privileges to this user account so that we can check it on our end.
Thanks
Sorry… I’m already give you administrator permission
Hi @redgreen,
Unfortunately, the .tco file can’t be downloaded. But, I have created a new .tco file in my local environment and imported it into your website and it worked. If you still find the same issue with the specific file, please reshare it for further assistance.
Thanks
Hi @redgreen,
It shows the Failed - No File while downloading the file as shown in the given screenshot.
