Hi @redgreen,

The new link worked and able to download the .tco file, but unfortunately the WordPress admin credentials do not work this time. I have tried both the credentials provided in this thread but the result was the same. I would request you check the credentials once and reshare them.

The given password is still not working for us. By the way, do you still have the original header where you have exported the file from? Please allow us to have access to that one as well because when we test out your header.tco file, we still get the same error.
