Header template not importing (import issue/error)

Hello, I searched and saw that many other had/have this issue, has it been resolved?

Info:
All software, themes and plugins up to date, two sites with almost no excess of plugins so no conflict, I saved a header as a template. I just give me an error when I try to upload it on to another site. Error says: “Uh Oh Sorry this file is not properly formatted”

Hi Guys… I’m having trouble importing a header template that I created and previously saved and exported from another website. The file I’m trying to import into the template manager is called “home1.tco”. When I upload it from my computer, the upload starts, and at some point, it stops and I get an error message saying “Sorry! Thanks for reaching out.
Can you please provide the .tco file or you can provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– Specific Header Template you want to import

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
