Site is buildwithmls.com Home page has a row just below header containing headline. Have checked on 3 desktop browsers, all show blank space. iPhone and iPad show the headline on multiple browsers. I already checked and “Hide During Breakpoints” is not checked. Can you clarify?
Hello @jsankephd,
Thanks for writing in!
Please go to Pro > Theme Options > Typography and make sure that the root font sizes values is NOT 0
.
If this is NOT helping, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
To know how to create a secure note, please check this out: https://theme.co/docs/getting-support
Best Regards.
I have checked and no font sizes anywhere are set to zero. I will create an admin account for you and secure message the credentials. Please advise where you are located so that I may unblock your country if necessary.
Hello @jsankephd,
We cannot give you the exact country since most of the staffs were located in different countries. It is best that you create a temporary user credentials so that any of our staff on duty can use it to log in.
Thank you for your understanding.
Still need an email address to use. Do you have a generic support address I can use?
Hi @jsankephd,
We do not have such email, as we provide support via forum, but you can simply use whatever email that you want and give us the username and password.
Thank you.
Hello @jsankephd,
We could not find the login url. Usually the https://example.com/wp-admin/
works. You must have hidden the login url.
It seems that you have inserted an h3 tag in the headline element.
<h3 style="text-align: center;">General Contractors Serving The Whole Chicago Area</h3>
Only place a plain text as the content. Please remove the h3 tag and use the built-in tag selector in the headline element settings. Use the Text Align option in the Text Format as well.
If you don’t see some of these style options, you need to turn on the Advanced Mode by going to the Settings > Preferences > Advanced Mode
And by the way, it is not showing because, in the row settings, it is hidden in larger screens. Please check your row settings, find the “Customize” tab, and make sure that the row is visible in all screen sizes. To know more about the Hide During Breakpoints option, please check this out:
I don’t know how there can be an H3 in that block because I’m looking at it in the HTML editor and it is clearly H1. FUrthermore, I am looking at the Hide During Breakpoints and nothing is highlighted. I will send screen shots in a secure message.
Sorry, can’t find attach there, will attach here
I removed the 2nd Headline block and replaced with a text block to make the General Contractors text separate. Even after clearing the cache, can’t see the Headline at the top. Still can’t find any break point either. Sent the WP admin redirect address to you in the previous secure message, you should have it
Hello @jsankephd,
I have fixed your issue. Here’s what I’ve done.
-
Disable the Hide During Breakpoints option for the row element
-
Set the top and bottom margin of the headline element to
0
-
I have removed your
<h1>
html tag in the headline and text element. -
I have set the color, font family and text align in the Text Format option.
Hope this helps. Please check your homepage now.
Thank you!
You are most welcome!
