The Error log is Nginx and this is the root /runcloud/logs/

is before webapps/eltesoroweb-2020/ where is the website

Debug.log I didn’t found

What should I do now?

Hey @eltesoro2021,

I deleted the Pro theme in your staging site yet the fatal error persists. This means there’s something else causing the issue in your site not just the latest version of Pro.

In your staging site, please delete ALL the plugins in the plugins folder and remove the -test in the folder name of the mu-plugins and plugins folder that I’ve added to test under wp-content.

Once your staging site is up without Pro and any plugins, we’ll continue investigating.

By the way, the error in your log file could be related to PHP 8. Please check if you’re using PHP 8 and downgrade to PHP 7.4. Your web host could do that for you.

Hello @christian I deleted all the plugins, remove the -test from folders and downgrade to PHP 7.4 to continue with the investigation, but I ask to be care about the files 'cause the folder of the template on the live site was deleted and I was in trouble about that.

You can get the Pro theme 4.3.3 zip file here (this is my saved copy by the way) so that you can restart with that version and soon as after, you can update it to Pro 5.1.5 which is available in the Themeco dashboard.

After the Pro 4.3.3 version, there is the Pro 5.0.8 and Pro 5.1.5 which are the stable and final versions. You can download these versions in your Themeco Account Licenses page.
