I tried to access your site dashboard but it seems that it is not working on my end please recheck and send us again. I also tried to access the file but the given FTP login details are not working at the moment.

Exactly, that error it’s about the template update. and the FTP is SFTP and maybe try to not use the port 22.

Hello @eltesoro2021,

I was able to log in to your FTP. I have look around for the error.log or any debug.log files but I could not find it. Can you please provide us the folder or at least share to us where we can find the file? That file will give us information what is causing the issue.
