Customise search results page layout

In the search results page the featured image is HUGE and I was wondering if there is any way to have a a small featured image on the left and the title and excerpt on the right? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out.
Unfortunately, there is no such option for customizing the Serach Result page. But you can set the Masonry layout from Theme Options > Blog > Archive and set the Column value to 2 or 3 so the Serach result will be multi-columned output. If that does not help, and you want to customize the Search Result page you need to create a custom Layout using the Layout Builder and assign it to the Search Result page. But the Layout Builder is exclusively available with the Pro, not the X which you are using. I would suggest you upgrade to the Pro theme, please go through the process here: https://theme.co/docs/converting-from-x-to-pro
