Cornerstone NOT Accepting License for Validation on WordPress Admin Site Dashboard

I have entered a new license number purchased today, after getting a “fix it” prompt from Cornerstone on my WordPress admin dashboard. All it keeps saying it “this is a new license” and asking me to register it. It’s already registered, so I don’t know what else to do. Until it validates, I won’t get any updates.

And sometimes now when you click “yes” there to let it take you to register, it goes no where. It doesn’t log you into Cornerstone-Themeco site at all.

And - again, I can see all my licenses there already, so they are registered.

It might be the issue of any plugin conflict, cache issue, or any browser extension that is stopping to validate the site. I would suggest you troubleshoot with our troubleshooting guide. In case you haven’t seen our doc for license validation, please have a look at it.

Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password

I reviewed the instructions for how to validate before doing so.
My browser does not have any Cache issues.
Hopefully, this can be resolved now that I provided what you need using the Secure Key.

It appears that you have an X Theme license code, but the theme is not currently installed on your server. Please install the X Theme first and then check again. Let us know how it goes or if you need anything else.
