Close accordion on mobile

Hi Themeco,

I found this old topic of what I want with the new accordion element. Have it closed on mobile and open on deskrop view.

you gave me some code few months ago to close accordions on small phone screens[image] However, since the latest update this no longer works, can we modify it to work again?

I know that a possibility is to duplicate the accordion and hide it on different screen sizes. But because I want to have it on multiple pages with different items this would be a lot of work to edit in the future. Have only one accordion item on the page adaptieve to the screen size would be a better fix.

Hello Tim,

Yes, you can have only one Accordion item. If you want to style the different attributes on a different screen, you can use Responsive Element Styling. Please check out this documentation:

The option to have the accordion start open or closed hasn’t a responsive control.

There is no such way to code that, but it is a good option to have. I will check with our development team and if possible will add it as a feature request.
