It is still the same issue than in this topic: Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. Why?

The topic was closed before we have found the solution due to my not responding. I did not respond, because my hosting broke down. Now the web is back online and I am still experiencing the note that the validation code is already in use, which is not possible.

Unfortunately, your website Admin URL is not accessible and showing the ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE error. Can you please let us know once it is accessible?

Hey Kamil,

You should contact your web host to make your site accessible worldwide. Your web host might have restricted access to your site to your IP only.

I have been told by our host, that the https issue is solved, but I am still facing the original problem. Wordpress says: “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site.”

Hey Kamil,

Your URL does not have www but the URL assigned to your URL has www. Please edit the URL assigned to your license. You can edit it in your Themeco Account Dashboard > your license. Click the pencil or edit icon next to the URL to edit.

Hi Kamil,

It looks like your website is currently redirecting to another domain. I would recommend temporarily deactivating the redirection and then trying the validation again.
