Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. Why this note?

Hello Themco team,

The redirection is turned off. The licensing still did not work. But then we tried to assign the license to the domain itoss.sk, which is also our property (the web is currently working with another theme) and it worked. But I do not know, whether this is a correct way. Let me sum this up for you as I understand this might be a mess:

Our company is located in Slovakia and owns the domain itoss.sk, where a web is build with another WP theme. The slovak company has a subsidiary in Czechia, and domain itoss.cz is attached to this subsidiary. There was no web on this domain, it was only redirected to itoss.sk.

Now, the idea is to build a new web for itoss.cz with Pro theme, test it, optimize it and then to make a web with another licence of Pro on itoss.sk. Itoss.sk will have more content. Everything from itoss.cz will be on itoss.sk, but not everything from itoss.sk will be on itoss.cz.

To be able to control both itoss.sk and itoss.cz from one WP admin, we needed to move both domains under one host and create a WP network.

Now everything is done and working, but the problem is (or is it even a problem?), that the Pro licence has to be assigned to itoss.sk and only then I can work with it on itoss.cz. But, then, in the future, when I will try to redesign itoss.sk with Pro, what domain will be assigned to its license? I was told that Pro ii domain licensed and that I need two domains for this kind of scenario.

How should I continue?

Hey Kamil,

You can assign the license code to the main site and to a staging site.

  • Please see the screenshot below.

This should be able you to validate both the Pro theme installed on these domains.

Kindly let us know how it goes.
