I have the latest version of xTheme and Cornerstone. In Design Cloud I have installed several site Templates - Icon Business, Ethos Business, Spa, etc. The install button turns green indicating the template was successfully installed. However, in the Cornerstone Template Manager only one template shows up? Where are the others? How do I find them or Install them so I can use them?

You have installed the Site Templates:
The site template will not be reflected in the template manager because the site template will be applied to your site. Once you install a site demo template, it will actually be applied as one to one copy on your site.
Please be aware that only the presets and content will be displayed in the template manager. If you are using the Pro theme, headers, footers, and layouts will be added too.
