XPro Mega menu

Hi,

I can’t set the mega menu in the Header builder. I’ve tried to set it has in the “standard” xtheme from appearance >> menù but it doesn’t appear in the front end. What can I do?

Hey Valentina,

I believe you’re referring to the old Mega Menu setup documented here https://theme.co/docs/setup-mega-menus. That is for the Original Header. It can’t be used in the Header Builder.

For the Header Builder, you need to follow the setup shown in the following article and video:

Hi Christian,
Thanks for the support, it is indeed very useful.

Last thing I can’t get is how to change the megamenu in a more wide space that can contain the text and obtain a “normal mega menu menu” effect.
You can see what I mean in the landing page: https://www.versya.it/ the megamenu dropdown is the last on the right, I couldn’t change the div width wider than this and the “avvocati” inline navigation has a sub-menu itself that doesn’t show up.

Can you please help me in this?

Hi Valentina,

You can adjust the width from the Size settings of the Dropdown attribute as shown in the given screenshot.

Hi,
Thank you for the fast answer.
I had tried to change it but with no results, as in the screenshot, when i change the width it loose the coloumn alignment and still cuts the menu items…

Hi Valentina,

As I can see in your screenshot the Max Width mentioned in the em unit, I would suggest you use the px unit as mentioned in my post, it helps to reduce the width of the dropdown. If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

What I needed was a megamenu with the sub menu always open, so I’ve tried a couple of times, both changing in px and changing the kind of element in the dropdown: in “navigation in” you’ll find navigation inline with two dedicated menu and in headlines I’ve tried to workaround the problem just choosing single linked headlines instead of navigation item.

But still, it doesn’t work nicely and the dropdowns falls over the browser frame, cutting the text. It doesn’t “flow” with the frame either.

If you could find the best way to achive the dropdown mega menu that would be a huge relieve!

I have checked your current Header and can understand what you are trying to do with the Navigation. I would suggest you use the Uber Menu for this.

Hi! Do you think is possible to have a “single line” layout with ubermenu? I’ve used it here: https://www.kelyan.it/ but i always had to put the logo over the navbar and didn’t manage to have a white navbar with black text in there…

Not sure about the Single Line layout, I would suggest you go through the official documentation on this. Especially, the URL describing the possible layouts: https://sevenspark.com/docs/ubermenu-3/layouts

Regarding the color, I would suggest you set the Skin from Main UberMenu Configuration as shown in the given screenshot.

I would suggest you visit the following URL and click the UberMenu Demo Settings link at the Right Bottom of the page to check the available skins output.
