Like in the previous case, this could be a caching issue. Please ensure all caches are cleared.

Caches are cleared. It only affects form-id-6. If I create a new form it will show. So it might be something specific to that form

Resaving the form works (see screenshot in the secure note).

Please also clear all caches because the login state doesn’t reflect the logout state.
