Resaving doesn’t work for me, caches cleared.
Form id 6 won’t show frontend or backend.

Thanks for posting in! Have you tested for a plugin conflict? I would recommend starting with the Borlabs Cookie plugin. In some cases, the cookie plugins are causing conflicts on the site. For more caching troubleshooting, especially if this happens after the updates, you can check this out:

I’ve tested for a plugin conflict with borlabs, it’s not the solution.
I’ve got two similiar forms on that website. Both created with WP Cost Estimation form. One is working, the other isn’t, that’s why I don’t suspect a plugin conflict. Could it be due to limited server performance?

It could be a problem with the server configurations. I suggest you ask your web host to configure the following server settings with the specified values or more for PHP, if that is not already set.

memory_limit = 512M
upload_max_filesize = 512M
post_max_size = 512M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300
max_allowed_packet = 16MB
innodb_log_file_size = 128MB
allow_url_fopen = On

And MySQL Configurations

max_allowed_packet = 16MB
innodb_log_file_size = 128MB

And if you still face the issue, please let us know for further investigation. Please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
