I had a question here: X Theme: the very beginning of an e-shop; Themeco e-commerce templates. I got two links as an answer. Could I ask what is actually included in the Extended Product Support that I purchased for this purpose?
I don’t need anything set up from you! I have a test product page set up in Woocommerce. I need a step by step procedure on how I will set up this page in Cornerstone. And I want to use one of your templates for this page. Is my question clear? Thank you.

Sure. Extended Product Support is for the extesion of our theme support. Check out the Support section in our Terms (https://theme.co/terms), to see what you’ll receive like answers to (our) product questions.
We’re sorry for the answers in the other thread. You’re using the X theme, so you cannot create a custom Shop. What you have is the default WooCommerce shop. You cannot customize it because you don’t have the Layout Builder only available in Pro. If you convert to Pro, you can follow the tutorial video posted in the last reply in the other thread.

Okay. But before I give you another $50 I’d like to know if it will really work. No, I’m not going to watch another 8 year old video. Is there a current demonstration somewhere of how it works? If you want to customize your WooCommerce pages, you need to have the Layout Builder which is exclusively available with Pro. The demo you referred to here can be achieved using the X theme, but you need some custom CSS code. For that, you may need to hire some external developers, or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer questions beyond normal theme support.
First, you need to import the demo, and then you need to adjust the style as per your needs.
Please remember that the Layout Builder will provide you the option to customize the default pages, like WooCommerce.
