I just expected some help on the right approach. For example, which elements you would use and which adjusting screws I could turn.
I’m pretty confused about which questions I’m even allowed to ask in this support forum. Because very often I’m dismissed with a standardized answer like yours. Your website clearly states “We are happy to answer any question about product usage.” Your answer proves that is not true.
You should definitely clarify the scope of your support and communicate this correctly on your website. The formulation “any question” leads to false expectations and ultimately to frustration of your users.
In particular, your answer causes confusion because you provide assistance in several other support requests that fall much more clearly under “custom development”.
