Weird slide bug from gridorama, and header not rendering completely

hello, there’s two things that i’m not really sure whats going on, first, in the “our work” page, there’s a bug in the hero section (the first section), see the attached video to understand whats going on (when the slides changes it dissapears, and then for a split second the old slide appears again), there’s not code involved, i just modified the asset from gridorama, this is the link for the our work section https://www.skyrocket360.com/our-work/

second issue, on the ipad, sometimes on landscape, sometimes on vertical, the header is not rendering properly (see the Screenshot, the gray thingy should be way longer), i check everywhere on cornerstone and it renders properly, it makes not sense because the witdh of the div for the ipad screen size is 60vw, it shouldn’t be that short. it looks good on desktop

one last thing, in the our work page, if you go there and remain looking at the hero section, it just reloads the page after a few minutes for not reason at all

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked it on my Android mobile device and found it working correctly. I also tested it in the browser by using the debugger but didn’t find any issues. It seems that the problem might be only in the iOS. Can you please provide the operating system version and the device version? It will help us replicate at our end.

yes, the ios version in ipad os 18.3.2 and the iphone os is 18.3.2
The ipad has the 3 problems, the iphone only has the slide and the reload problem, i’ve tested this on every single ipad and and iphone my family has, i havent in android, i usually use arc browser for desktop and it works fine, but i just opened in safari with my macbook and the same problems appear as in the ipad (on the ipad the problems appear not matter the browser) (macbook version is 15.3.2, an safari version on the macbook 18.3.1)

Hey Juan,

In your Effects settings, set the Behavior to “In Out”.

If this does not help, please provide us with your WP access so we can check your slider settings. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Hello, I have attached the login details to this response, in my effects settings (in the slide element) i dont have the option to set the behavior, also, that would fix one of the problems but not the rest, once again thank you for all your help!

Hey guys, it’s been almost 9 days since the original ticket, could you please provide me with an update? have you identify the problem yet? what step have you taken to fix it, etc, I’d like to know what you have been able to find, the client it’s putting a lot of pressure on me, most people in the USA use IOS devices, so it’s really important that the website looks good on those devices, thanks for the help!

We just release the latest Pro theme version 6.6.3. We would like you to update your theme. We may recommend that you apply the updates in the staging site first? This is ti prevent any conflict or issue that may disrupt your live site. We can continue the troubleshooting of the issue in the staging site as well. If you are not familiar with staging sites, this article can help you:

Once you have cloned the live site to the staging site, you can proceed with the updates. You can then provide us with the staging site details so we can continue with the troubleshooting of your slider/gridorama issue. Once everything is set, then the updates and the fixes can be push back to the live site.

there’s only a small problem about that, my current hosting provider doesnt offer staging site (unless my client pays and extra fee which for now is out of the picture) is there another way of doing an staging site?

Hello Juan,

Edit your custom header and set a minimum and maximum width of the DIV container for the buttons.

And as for the Grid in each slide, you do this:

1.) Remove the Effects on each slide
2.) Add a solid background color for each slide
3.) Apply the Effects to the Grid element instead so that everytime the Effect is triggered, the solid background color of the slide will be there to block the Grid content of the other slide.

Now the slide problem… we are getting closer, now the old slide doesnt appear the current slide is like blinking (see the attached video)

Hello Juan,

I created another test page and wrap each of the Grid with a DIV element. I also added a black background to the DIV, Grid and the Cell.
