Validation Problem - Shows as 'validated ' but doesn't stay that way

Hi, can you please assist with this validation issue? I have dozens of sites validated but for some reason it’s not working with this site

As you can see, it shows “congratulations” at the top but still requests a validation code. I haven’t had this problem with any other site and the domain is listed in my theme.co account, too.

It might be the issue of any plugin conflict, cache issue, or any browser extension that is stoping to validate the site. I would suggest you troubleshoot with our troubleshooting guide.

Could domain propagation have anything to do with it? It’s a new site and its domain was propagated on my end last night when I tried, but now it’s working just fine today.

It might be the reason since when you update the nameservers for a domain, it may take up to 24-48 hours for the change to take effect, anyway glad to know that things are well for you. Please feel free to reach us if you have any queries regarding our theme and theme settings.
