User login, account and symbol

Hi! I’m using the renew agency template with X to build my site and there’s something from other templates I’d like to have. I don’t know if it’s possible to build something like that within the theme, without changing the template:

1. Crafty has a login / lost your password form that I like more than White Label, which is what I’m using now. Can I somehow build a similar form?

2. Renew creative and Ethos Magazine have te icon of a person in the navigation menu, that displays the options login, members and activity. Could I add something like that to my website?

If that’s not possible please let me know an alternative I could use. I read in another threat that you recommend use BuddyPress, but I’m looking for something much easier, just a nice way to allow users register, log in and out, and restore their password.

Hi Alvaro,

It is not possible to mix and match the templates that are site wide such as Renew Business and Crafty. The only thing that you can do is to install Crafty. Then go to the form in question and create a template out of the section that contains the form using the method below:

Then install renew again and use the template in question wherever you want. You should have a complete backup of your website before doing so.

The feature in question is part of the BuddyPress plugin that allows you to add members and login features into the menu item. You need to install the BuddyPress plugin and learn more about it here:
