Would you please kindly give us more information on what you mean it does not work? Does the sidebar not show altogether or the sidebar does not show the widgets that you added for that specific page?
If you can not show the sidebar all together you need to set the global layout of the website to have sidebar from X > Theme Options > Layout and Design.

You also need to make sure that the page which you want to show the sidebar is set as the Default Template from the Page Attributes options. If it is set for example to Blank - No Container | Header, Footer it will not show the sidebar.
