a) will all my current licenses / subscriptions be transfered into the new, upgraded license model and the remaining balance credited to the first fee?
b) is CSAI included in this offer? For details pls see secure note

That is for Pro Unlimited and would not include the Max products. For that, you’d go with Pro Max Unlimited.
A) Your current licenses wouldn’t be moved over, but you could cancel them once the new order was placed and set them up under the new license.
B) CSAI is included in the Pro Max offer, as well as all current and future Max products as well.

There isn’t a credit, your service would simply start on the date that the new order is placed. For the existing licenses, you can cancel the subscriptions and they will no longer renewed the next following year.

So the remaining amount/value until the renewal will not be refunded? Or the new amount reduced by that? That means, I will have to wait until the renewal date because I would lose the remaining amount?
