Under Construction Plugin Error

INTRODUCTION
I installed X Theme and am currently using the X Child Theme. I created a homepage and set it as static under the Reader Settings. I installed the Under Construction Plugin.

PROBLEM

  1. It works on all of the other pages except the home page.
  2. The page that shows up not the homepage I selected in Reader

QUESTION
How can I resolve these issues? My website is hopeofjapan.com

I checked your website, I can’t see either X theme or Under-construction plugin at you given site URLso please check and provide correct site URL so we can check it properly.
