I have added a new license to my Themeco account and entered the new URL. I have installed Cornerstone on my site and when I enter the license code to validate, the process fails. I have tried numerous times and I am stuck. Can you assist?

To properly validate your Cornerstone please follow the steps on this page .
If the problem is still persisting, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can able check your issue.
Please create a secure note with the following info:

Interestingly, I was logged into two sites at once with the same browser and was having the validation issue. I just logged in with a different browser and the Cornerstone plug-in is showing as registered. THere must be an issue during the registration process being logged into two WP sites at once. I am all set now. Thank you.
