@Alexander has looked into the issue and we could not replicate any on our local test server. Updating to PHP 7.4 does not create issues or errors on our server. We highly recommend that you ask for further assistance from your hosting provider. They should be able to pinpoint which causes any error as you update to PHP 7.4.

I hate to ask but can I get a refund for the support then? I have talked with my host and they are 100% sure it is the plugin which does not leave me much option than to ditch x theme.
