Hi,

I have 4 websites so I bought two licenses. One code is being used by lagotacirco.com and generationp.com. I mistakenly used the same code for my third website and it weirdly got verified but I’d like to change it to the new code so I’m able to get support on the chinchintalu.com website.

Can someone please tell me how to do that?

Let me clarify further. I am logged in with theme.co on my generationp account but unable to login with my chinchintalu account with the second licenses. Even when I attempt to enter with my envato login, themeco doesnt recognize my email.

Is envato market logins different from theme co?

Thanks for reaching out.

ThemeForest and themeco logins are separate because they are two separate systems and services. Can you also please add all your license code except the ones registered in your themeco account in the secure note so that we can check if it’s registered or not.

I believe that your chinchintalu was registered in ThemeForest and you should create an account for chinchintalu in themeco. There are two options to do that, the first option is to register the chinchintalu here then the second option, add the chinchintalu license code to your current themeco account, just click the add new product in your themeco account.

So i added the licenses to this account. Question: i can add two websites under this licenses right? I’m unable to do that though on the account.

Hi @GenP,

Under Single Use License, you can use only one site. You can also add a Stagging site for site maintenance or development of the primary website validated under the license.

Hey,
I bought another website that I just added “tekrame.com”
I downloaded cornerstone as a plugin because the “X” isnt there.
But the plugin isn’t showing on the side of the dashboard. I’m unsure how to validate the license on the website?

Hey @GenP,

You cannot validate Cornerstone because your license is for X. You will really need to install X. Before you install X, please ensure that there is no existing x folder under your wp-content/themes folder.

After that, follow the installation guide here https://theme.co/docs/installation-and-validation. You can then proceed with the validation.

Sorry i’m a beginner in this.

I uploaded X. In this case, I cant use a designed theme that I already bought simultaneously with X?

Also, how can i activate cornerstone?

Hi @GenP,

If you want to use another theme and want to use our cornerstone plugin, you need to purchase our stand-alone plugin here. Please keep in mind that X theme and Stand alone cornerstone plugin are 2 different products.
