Themeco Pro not compatible with Wordpress 6.2

I have been trying to update my sites to Wordpress 6.2 and I keep getting thrown a 502 error. I contacted support with my server and they said to reach out because we narrowed it down to an issue with compatibility between Pro and WP 6.2. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if there is a solution?

Important WP 6.2 Issue — Please Read Before Updating

If you are on an older version of X or Pro and looking to make the manual change, please follow these steps. If you are on Pro 5 or X 9, the line to add return; to is 260. If you are on Pro 3-4 or X 7-8, you will comment out wp_enqueue_script( 'mediaelement' ); which means you will change it to: // wp_enqueue_script( 'mediaelement' ); This file is in framework/functions/plugins/cornerstone.php as opposed to the legacy folder in other versions. If none of those work, it would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password
• FTP Details
