Given the recent issue with the WP 6.2 / Pro update, I wanted to find out whether Themeco currently sends out notifications / announcements for serious or emergency information regarding serious issues with an update.
If there is currently a way to be notified via email, where can I sign up and if not, why is this not something being done? This issue began approximately 12 hours ago, we only began looking into it about 4 hours ago when we started logging into the sites we manage this morning (UK time). Had we been notified we could have started working on it late last night and had issues sorted before any customer saw there was ever an issue.
Are there email announcements being sent out by Themeco for issues / hotfixes like this one?
