The page will be refreshed and come back to the same issue

I was able to make it work, now it is the header layout which is not loading

It seems that it is an issue of plugin conflict and cache issue, I would suggest you please purge all the cache from the SiteGround Optimizer and temporarily deactivate the cache plugin and then check it again.
