i use xtheme on lots of websites, but i’m having trouble with this one. tried deactivating all plug ins. Tried incognito mode. Tried 3 browsers. Can you please help me validate my xtheme? Sending my log in next. Initially when I enter my validation code, it says “congratulations…” and then promptly says “not validated” after that.
upon the 40th time of copy/pasting the validation code, it worked.

It might be a cache issue, plugin conflict, or any browser extension that is stoping to validate your site.
I would suggest you clear your browser cache and then check it again or it would better if you could check it in the private mode of the browser.
I would recommend you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.
