I worked with my hosting support and they confirmed that.
Can your team intervene to fix this/provide a refund? Because my site isn’t usable because of the theme, after it’s worked for a while. Maybe a common issue among other users? Not sure why this happened.

I have checked your website listed in your Themeco Account and found that the Pro theme is not activated. If activating the Pro is creating the problem, then the issue might be related to the WordPress version 6.2 which has already been fixed, and the latest version has been released. I would suggest you go through the following thread and update the Pro as explained in it.
