The website is currently in Maintenance mode until this is fixed.

I will send you the website credentials in my next message.

Appreciate your swift action on this.

Many thanks,

Hi Cara,

Thank you for writing in, and for the credentials, this seems to be a plugin conflict issue or caching-related. Can you do a Testing for Plugin Conflict and clear all the caching features the site might have, including server-side. I don’t see any caching plugin on the site did you delete a caching plugin recently?

If the issue persists after clearing cache and Plugin conflict test, please provide us login credentials on a “Secure Note” so we can take a closer look.

Cheers,

Hi @friech,

Many thanks for your quick reply. No cache plugin used and I did clear before updating the WP core, theme and all the plugins, but yes it was a conflict issue with one of the Plugins. Thanks for forwarding the link

It is an old plugin: “Essential Addons for Cornerstone & Pro” from Codetic which I had been using for displaying animated milestones and timelines and also very easy to setup to use as a slider function.

A couple of years back, I tried using the Slider extension available with the Theme and had absolutely no success. I had one problem after another. I need to check for a replacement, or have you any recommendations that I could try?

Thanks again,
Cara

Hi Cara,

Glad to hear that, there are 3 slider bundles with the Theme, maybe you can make one of these work now, Soliloquy is being the simplest to use, Revolution Slider is the more advance.

Soliloquy
LayerSlider
Revolution Slider

If you need a more straightforward slider on your page, you can use the Classic Slider element.

Hope it helps,
Cheers!

Thanks @friech again for your feedback.

Great to know.

Hi Cara,

You are most welcome.
